Mission - At HealthChex Medical Foundation, our mission is to improve the health and well-being of underserved communities by providing accessible and affordable preventive healthcare services. We also strive to promote healthy lifestyles through education and provide nutritious food and essential resources to those in need. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that families have access to both healthcare and food, without having to make difficult choices between the two.

Goal - our goal is to educate the community about the importance of early intervention which can be achieved through education and early testing to slow the progression or prevent disease transmission. In addition, provide access to vaccines, mask, sanitizer, soap, vitamins and minerals, to help decrease the rate of disease transmission by traveling to communities that have been adversely impacted by the virus.
